1. The service agreement
These Terms cover the Pageree website, account console, MCP tools, landing-page hosting, image generation, forms, and related features (the “Service”). Pageree is operated by Aleksandr Shelestov PR JustOneDev, Jurija Gagarina 231, Novi Beograd, 11070 Belgrade, Serbia, PIB (tax identification number) 113504102 (“Pageree,” “we,” or “us”).
Once finalized, these Terms will apply when you affirmatively agree to them in an account or order acceptance flow. This review draft is not an effective agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling; acknowledging it is not blanket consent to every form of processing. A separately accepted order controls its specific commercial terms. An applicable data processing agreement controls conflicts about processing customer personal data. Mandatory law takes priority.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement to create or use an account. The Service is for individuals and businesses worldwide, subject to legal and availability restrictions. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable where relevant.
Provide accurate account and billing details. Protect credentials and authorization tokens, manage access, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account, including connected agents, except where the problem is caused by Pageree or responsibility cannot lawfully be allocated to you.
Use only the seats and permissions included in your plan. Do not share an individual seat to evade seat limits or access another customer’s account or data without permission.
3. What Pageree provides
Pageree gives compatible AI agents tools for creating, publishing, updating, and measuring business landing pages. Features can include generated images, hosted assets, page versions, custom domains, lead forms, and delivery of inquiries to destinations you configure.
Your accepted order identifies purchased features, limits, price, and billing term. Features marked “Coming soon,” including the Business plan until released, are not included unless an accepted order expressly says otherwise. Roadmap listings do not promise a release date.
Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not promise uninterrupted hosting, a service-level agreement, search rankings, a number of leads, conversion rates, sales, or compatibility with every AI client. Material changes to a paid commitment remain subject to applicable contractual and legal remedies.
4. Agents and integrations
Model Context Protocol (MCP) allows a compatible agent to request actions from Pageree. Depending on permissions, an authorized agent can change content, publish pages, configure destinations, and retrieve data. Chat instructions can therefore result in public changes or new data flows.
Review permissions and approval settings. Check generated content, form destinations, prices, and legal notices before publication or reliance. Use human approval for consequential actions. Revoking access does not reverse earlier publications or remove information already returned to a client.
AI clients, domain registrars, identity providers, email services, CRMs, and other independent integrations have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and charges. Their fees are not included unless your order says otherwise. Naming a compatible client does not imply endorsement. These provisions do not remove Pageree’s responsibility for its own service or providers where law or an agreement assigns it to us.
5. Trials and billing
30-day trial
The trial lasts 30 days and requires a valid payment card through Dodo Payments before it starts. Paid charges must follow the price, billing interval, first-charge date, and payment terms you expressly accept. Providing a card alone does not establish those terms.
The relationship between account creation, required card setup, and trial activation is still being finalized. Whether the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, and what happens to pages after an unpaid trial ends, are also under review. This draft does not establish an automatic trial charge.
Plans and currency
Prices are stated in US dollars (USD). Advertised Personal pricing is $20 monthly or $200 yearly; Pro is $40 monthly or $400 yearly. See the pricing section for page, image-generation, and seat allowances. The Business plan is coming soon.
Checkout must show the amount payable, applicable taxes, billing interval, limits, and recurring charge before you commit. Annual plans are charged for the year, not as monthly installments. “Unlimited form submissions” means no fixed submission-count allowance for legitimate use; it does not override acceptable-use rules or proportionate spam and security protections. Material commercial limits must be disclosed, and overage charges require your agreement.
Dodo Payments
Dodo Payments is the selected merchant of record. The Dodo entity shown at checkout or on your receipt handles the sale, payment, applicable tax collection, and transaction administration under the buyer terms presented there. Pageree provides and supports the underlying Service. Applicable Dodo transaction terms and mandatory rights are not overridden by these Terms.
Renewal and cancellation
Paid monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period disclosed in your order until canceled. Recurring charges require your agreement. Required confirmations, reminders, and notices apply. Changes to renewal prices must be disclosed in advance, with an opportunity to cancel before the new price applies; they do not change a period already paid for.
You may stop renewal through account billing settings while retaining paid-plan access until the current paid period ends, unless you request earlier closure or law requires otherwise. Contact support@pageree.com if you cannot access those settings. Disconnecting an agent or uninstalling an application does not itself cancel a subscription.
The checkout, trial, and cancellation workflows described here must be verified before these Terms become effective. Their inclusion in this draft is not confirmation that billing is already available.
Refunds and payment issues
Pageree does not offer discretionary refunds for change of mind, unused time or allowances, or cancellation after a paid period starts. This does not exclude refunds or other remedies required by law or applicable Dodo buyer terms, including rights concerning defective or undelivered services, unauthorized or incorrect charges, or a mandatory withdrawal period.
Contact support@pageree.com about billing issues. Dodo transaction refunds are processed through Dodo. The trial does not automatically waive consumer withdrawal rights, and lawful rights to dispute a charge remain unaffected. A failed payment may result in restricted paid access after notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
6. Content and AI output
You retain your existing rights in content you provide, including page text, assets, instructions, and information collected through your pages. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process and publish that material, including personal information, brands, photographs, and testimonials.
You grant Pageree a non-exclusive license limited to providing and protecting the Service to host, store, copy, process, format, transmit, and display your content, and to let necessary providers do so. This includes making published pages public and sending inputs needed for requested generation or content checks. It does not authorize using your brand or private leads in public advertising.
AI output may be incorrect, non-exclusive, or similar to other users’ output. We do not guarantee that it is copyrightable, free of third-party rights, accurate, or suitable for a campaign. Review factual claims, permissions, accessibility, and legal compliance before publication. Rights in generated output remain subject to applicable law and provider terms; the final allocation is under review.
Pageree and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, brand, and materials not expressly transferred. Third-party and open-source materials retain their applicable licenses.
7. Leads and privacy
You decide what a landing page asks visitors to submit, why it is collected, who receives it, and how you follow up. Provide an accurate privacy notice, establish a lawful basis, obtain consent where required, and honor individual rights. Collect only information needed for the stated purpose.
An inquiry or acceptance-of-terms checkbox is not automatically consent to unrelated email, telephone, or text marketing. Keep required marketing choices separate and honor unsubscribe and objection requests. You are responsible for the legality of offers and subsequent marketing.
An appropriate data processing agreement must govern personal information Pageree processes on your behalf. Do not use the Service to sell unlawfully collected leads, evade privacy choices, or collect passwords, full card details, government identifiers, sensitive health or biometric information, or children’s information without a separately approved, supported, and legally compliant arrangement.
Verify destination addresses and control access to inboxes, webhooks, and CRMs. Pageree’s deletion of a lead does not delete copies delivered to those systems. These responsibilities do not transfer Pageree’s own legal obligations to you.
8. Delivery and retention
Delivery may fail because of incorrect destinations, filtering, outages, or integration changes. Test forms and destinations and monitor delivery status. Pageree is not a permanent CRM or lead archive.
Lead payloads and related delivery and consent records are scheduled to expire 30 days after capture, including successfully delivered leads. Expiry is asynchronous; valid earlier deletion requests can shorten retention. Keep any records you lawfully need in an appropriate system before expiry.
That period does not apply to all accounts, pages, images, analytics, logs, or backups. See data retention in the Privacy Policy for the established settings and categories still under review. Maintain appropriate independent copies of your content; restoration of every deleted item is not guaranteed.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Facilitate illegal activity, fraud, phishing, impersonation, misleading offers, or counterfeit goods.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights, or publish personal information without authority.
- Distribute malware, steal credentials, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
- Send spam, unlawfully harvest contacts, or route submissions to unwilling recipients.
- Promote sexual exploitation, child abuse material, human trafficking, terrorism, credible threats, hateful abuse, or serious physical harm.
- Publish pornography or facilitate unlawful sales of controlled drugs or weapons.
- Evade moderation, usage controls, suspensions, sanctions, or other applicable restrictions.
Regulated offers may require additional review, licenses, restrictions, and disclosures. Access to a publishing tool is not approval of the underlying business. Automated and human checks can miss prohibited content or make mistakes; moderation does not guarantee a page’s legality.
10. Reports and restrictions
Report illegal, infringing, or abusive content to abuse@pageree.com. Include the exact page URL, the concern and relevant facts, your contact details, and supporting information. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Investigation details may be shared with the publisher or relevant authorities where appropriate and lawful.
We may restrict content or access for a material breach, legal requirement, nonpayment, or credible security or safety risk. Where appropriate, we will explain the grounds and available review options. Immediate action may be necessary where delay creates risk or law prevents advance notice.
If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact abuse@pageree.com with the decision and your explanation. Legal complaints can be sent to legal@pageree.com. These addresses do not represent registration of a designated US copyright agent.
11. Ending the service
You can cancel renewal through account billing settings or contact support about account closure. Closure can take pages offline and stop forms, integrations, and access to stored information. Arrange any lawful export before requesting closure.
We may end access for a material breach not remedied after reasonable notice, or immediately for a serious breach, security risk, or legal obligation. Discontinuation of the Service is subject to reasonable advance notice where practicable and applicable contractual and statutory remedies.
After termination, access rights end and data is handled under the Privacy Policy, applicable data processing agreement, and legal retention requirements. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination continue to the extent applicable.
12. Responsibility and disputes
We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill where required by law. Apart from express commitments and rights that cannot be excluded, the Service and AI output are offered as available without additional guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
No provision removes mandatory consumer remedies, statutory privacy rights, or liability that cannot legally be limited. A trial or a no-discretionary-refunds policy does not waive those protections.
Contact legal@pageree.com so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent urgent relief, regulator complaints, or exercise of a right within its deadline. Dodo’s transaction terms govern its separate relationship with the purchaser.
Governing law, jurisdiction, any business-customer liability limitations, and additional contractual remedies remain subject to legal review. This draft does not impose a numerical liability cap, mandatory arbitration, or a class-action waiver.
13. Changes to these terms
The finalized Terms will have an effective date. Material changes will receive appropriate advance notice and renewed acceptance where required. Changes will not retroactively alter completed transactions or remove accrued rights. If you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the Service and exercise applicable cancellation or refund rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent legally possible. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. A transfer of the agreement cannot unlawfully reduce the other party’s rights.
